Busy Hands specializes in custom apparel designed to bring your ideas to life. From everyday wear to special events, we create high-quality, personalized pieces tailored to your needs. Customers may request custom designs for a variety of apparel styles, including short sleeve shirts, long sleeve shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts. Each order is carefully reviewed to ensure quality, accuracy, and fair pricing before production begins. Available Custom Apparel Options: Short Sleeve T-Shirts Long Sleeve T-Shirts Hoodies Sweatshirts / Crewnecks How Custom Orders Work: Submit a Request Complete the custom order form with your apparel type, quantity, sizes, colors, and design idea. You may upload artwork or provide inspiration. Quote & Approval Your request will be reviewed, and a custom quote will be sent based on materials, design complexity, and order size. Production & Delivery Once approved and paid, your custom apparel will move into production. Pickup and shipping options are available. Important Notes: Pricing varies based on apparel type, quantity, and design Bulk pricing may be available for larger orders All custom orders require approval before production Turnaround times will be provided with your quote
Cancellation Policy
By submitting a request and booking a service with Busy Hands, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: Quotes & Payments All custom services require a submitted request form and approval before work begins. Pricing is provided as a custom quote based on design complexity, quantity, materials, and turnaround time. A non-refundable deposit may be required to begin work. Final files, products, or services will not be released until full payment is received. Design Approval & Revisions Each custom service includes one initial design and a limited number of revisions. Additional revisions, redesigns, or changes requested after approval may result in additional charges. Once a design is approved, Busy Hands is not responsible for errors, including spelling, dates, colors, or sizing. Turnaround Time Turnaround time begins after payment is received and all required information is submitted. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and are not guaranteed. Busy Hands is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or late approvals from the client. Cancellations & Refunds All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made after work has begun are not eligible for refunds. If a cancellation occurs after approval or production has started, the client is responsible for the full quoted amount. Custom Products & Satisfaction Custom items are made specifically for the client and cannot be returned or exchanged. Minor variations in color, size, or placement may occur and are considered acceptable. Busy Hands reserves the right to decline or cancel any request that falls outside of service scope. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, images, and text. Approval confirms acceptance of the final design, quantities, and details. Busy Hands is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the client. General Terms Services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Busy Hands reserves the right to update policies at any time. Submission of a booking request indicates agreement to these terms.
